Well, I’m rather excited. Ok, more like hysterical and on the verge of a breakdown but still, really really excited.

Just a few days and we’re going to be off for Singapore, where we’ll take part in BILT asia (formerly known as RTC). And when I say “we”, of course I mean me and my BIM manager.
We are going to speak in three classes, one of them you might have already seen in Vegas:
– That day Revit came into our life: Implementation Best Practices for Small Offices, is a gig about the phases of implementing BIM in your practice, how to start and when to stop (if ever);
– How To Bake Your Model: A Collaborative BIM Cooking Class, is a model management class;
– Information Modeling for Interior Design: The Forgotten Discipline, is about… well, you know what’s that about, right? Or I bet you think you know. Just come and visit us, and find out how much you really know about this, ok? Or at least, find out how many hours with Kristen Stewart you might buy just by investing the revenues of just one week in Milan.

Specifically next week, and this brings me about my next piece of excitement. I’m going to be in Singapore right until the 4th and I’ll be back right in the very middle of the Design Week, so I’ll totally be unprepared and this is going to be new. I’ll dive right into it, with no parachute and no breather, and let’s hope I will not drown. That has happened before.

Last but not least, in the next few days my book will come out.
Yes, you heard me right.
It’s a book about butterflies and… ok, no, it’s not. It’s a book about BIM. Of course. I wrote it with a dear friend of mine, Gabriele Gallo, who is a game designer and helped me with the third part of the book and I’ll tell you more about it in the next few days. Meanwhile, I’m watching Legion and Iron Fist, I saw The Great Wall and Trainspotting 2, and I’m playing Mass Effect Andromeda. Who knows. If I have any spare time I’ll get around to writing about that as well.
